Who in Torch would you entrust to lead? Be sure to understand the requirements for nominations. If you believe someone qualifies for both, you may nominate them for both positions, though they will only be able to serve in one position at a time. Nominees will be selected by the current elders/deacons and then voted by the church at the December business meeting.
Those who serve and minister in these roles shall collectively and individually oversee, provide for, and encourage the spiritual life, welfare, and total ministry of the congregation in order to ensure the proper equipping of the saints.
